Conservative celebrities
« on: October 29, 2011, 06:34:27 AM »
Beautiful women, not burned-out hags. Men with genuine testosterone. Box-office superstars.  People with big money --- and a few who got marginalized by Hollyweird, all for political belief.

Here's the conservatives in entertainment, from UPI (but not mentioned are Bond-film-villain actor Robert Davi, actor Adam Baldwin from Firefly, or the real entertainment-patron-saint of U.S. troops, Gary Sinese).  .....

An old article but .. relevant.

Local community upset with Gloria Estefan over Obama fundraiser

Quote
Gloria and Emilio Estefan have come under fire with members of their local community for plans to host an event at their home that is expected to bring in millions for the Democratic Party.

But don’t expect this to be a local community event, unless of course residents want to fork over a down-payment on a house or a year’s college tuition. Tickets to the exclusive Democratic National Committee fundraiser are a whopping $30,400-a-couple.

And many of her Cuban-American neighbors are up in arms over the fundraiser, which is expected to bring in $2.5M for the DNC. The hefty sum seems particularly disturbing to members of the traditionally-Republican community, especially as the Dems and the GOP continue to battle over financial reform to save the country from economic collapse.

“People have been very upset,” Ninoska Perez-Castellon, a director of the Cuban Liberty Council told the Florida Sun Sentinel. “It’s one thing to have the ear of the president, but what’s shocking is that they are doing a fundraiser for Democrats.”

Like every lib that visits the site, they have no clue what it means to be Conservative.
I don't know many Conservatives that identify with the GOP anymore and refuse to call themselves Republicans.

I consider myself a RINO, just not in the traditional sense.  I vote pub, because they are the closest to my political ideology, but I am not a pub.  Therefore I am, for all intents and purposes, a RINO to the current republican party.

Hopefully come mid term, the RINO, like the Nauga will become extinct.
You know, the animal Nauga, the one that was hunted to extinction for it's hide. (Nauga hyde)

Soon we can all wear RINO skinned shoes, nothing sticks to them, they aren't afraid to wallow in shit and claim victory.
But not to worry, if confronted, the RINO has an amazing ability to either run or make itself invisible from attacks.
