Anyone here interested in board games / card games? I just saw the video game topic, thought I would ask if anyone is "unplugged". :)
My wife and I found some people at church who enjoy these types of games, and subsequently we have now invested in about, oh, $300 probably worth of board / card games. And counting! Mainly Settlers of Catan and Dominion, but also a couple others (Carcassonne, Fluxx, ...).
Wondered if anyone else played this stuff and might have some suggestions on things to try!
I love all kinds of games, the more intellectual, the better.
You can learn a lot about people playing board games, from morality in fairness, to how competitive they are.
But since we so far out in the Country, there is no one to play with, so we play Scrabble online.
So Solar is on pain meds playing me Scrabble....maybe I will win one. ::) ::)

Now I am very familiar with Scrabble. That one is an oldie.

So it appears even on pain meds his mind is still sharper than mine... :))
