Making your own weapons?

It is still 100% legal to manufacture your own firearm design, expressly for your personal defense. (One, by simplicity-genius Mark Serbu, is an emerging sensation.)

So when I see a headline on a U.S. Senate bill (but find no text to go with it, after three full days after introduction), I get juuuuuuuust a bit suspicious, hey?

(Completely separate topic here, somewhat....)

Home-spun single-round shotguns are easy to build, and numerous legal exotic loads are now available for home defense, including incendiary rounds like Dragon's Breath or those with razor-sharp Flechettes. You can practice setting people on fire for only $89 per 25 rounds, or just five Flechette rounds for $17.50. These are both available in .410.

The Serbu videos open up to other useful links, equally legal and irritating to ATF.

Schumer and Feinstein are now on board. Something not yet obvious is going on here.

Oh, it's obvious alright. It's known as incrementalism, where tiny changes over the years may seem innocuous, but pieced together in a few decades make for a solid roadblock in that they seal all loopholes.
I think the bigger picture here is defining what is considered a weapon or part of, and any part of, can be outlawed in the long run.

Screw 'em. A Dim bill with Dim sponsors on gun control?  They couldn't pass gun control even when they had both houses with a filibuster proof majority in the senate, plus the most anti-freedom Marxist president in U.S. history. What makes them think they can get anything passed now?

Posturing for their bleating sheeple back home - nothing more than that.

Keep an eye on this Bill, I'll bet it gets through with RINO support.
They'll claim it's just tweaking a bad law so innocent people don't get caught up in it. And you can be certain it'll be tagged to the VA budget or something like huge that.

Here's how to legally build your own .410 shotgun. Recommended for zombie defense.
