The difference between being not racist and anti-racist
To not be racist means that somewhere in your humanity you realize that all humans have an equal right to respect and tolerance. When you are not racist, you do not see yourself as better or more deserving of anything in this world because although we are not all the same or share the same experiences, we have the right to be afforded the same access to "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness."

However, just because you may not be racist does not mean that you are not complicit or engaged in upholding the benefits and privileges given as a result of systemic racism

Being anti-racist, on the other hand, means that you are actively doing the work to combat racism. NAC International Perspectives: Women and Global Solidarity affirms that "Anti-racism is the active process of identifying and eliminating racism by changing systems, organizational structures, policies, practices and attitudes, so that power is redistributed and shared equitably."

Here are some ways to be anti-racist:

Speak up when you hear a racist joke among friends, family, or coworkers.
Donate to reputable causes that are in need of support to aid marginalized groups.
Learn where your privilege comes from and how it impacts others negatively.
Become more active in dismantling racist systems (underserved schools, criminal justice reform, healthcare advocacy)

I provided the link and encourage all to read the entire article. I thought it was quite good and well explained. I consider myself to be Anti-Racist, but even I sometimes slip by not calling out others.  This was a nice reminder.

Nobody treats blacks more poorly then themselves. I am not a Crip nor a Blood, so the normal black on black violence is not whitey's fault. They picked up that illegal gun by themselves.

And, that is not because of skin color. It is because of content of character. White lefties mistreat other whites because of the content of the left's character.

How are blacks treated differently?   I see special consideration in education, business, banking, entertainment, politics..... where?

And yet they still continue to bitch and moan and make excuses for the criminal element. and.  want.  more.  At my expense.   Inlike the former president and first lady, I don't have slaves, never did, and i'd appreciate not being held accountable for that.

Look.  I got my hands full just taking care of my life and my family's lives.   I do my best at that.  If everyone else did the same....we'd be fine.    I teach my kids not to steal or break the law.  I teach them the best way to live is to get a job and take care of your own.     And I try to leave other people alone.

As we have seen with many Democrat ran cities, being "anti-racist" means that you destroy minority owned businesses, destroy personal and public property and kill minorities for no reason other than to prove to everyone that you are "not a racist"...
