Title: Best state to move to?
Post by: American Loving Norwegian on February 21, 2020, 01:14:40 AM
So since we have decied to leave this fashy socialist authoritarian unfriendly place that is my country, which state would you choose to move too, West Virginia or north Carolina? South Carolina might be an option down the Line since my husband has family there as well but they have sort of a full house so we cant stay there while we get our lives in order.

West Virginia seems to have very cheap housing, north Carolina Ive been to many times and I absolutely love the place and people (minus ashville), Ive also heard NC has good schools. Ive heard WV has good healthcare.

Speaking of healthcare, how does IT work for me as a non citizen with healthcare? Can I purchase insurance? Can I still get healthcare benefits through work when I get a Job? My son is a citizen and my husband has free healthcare through the VA

Yes, you can purchase any service you want, the Dims passed all kinds of policies pertaining to illegals, so why can't you as a naturalized citizen?
Unfortunately you'll have to jump through a bureaucratic mess of paperwork, but you would no matter where you went, but it's merely time consuming.

If it were me, I'd head to Idaho for the most freedom, but no matter where you settle, I'm sure it will be better than what you've been dealing with.

I'd say Greenville, SC.

+1 for South Carolina. You have metropolitan areas (Greenville, Columbia, Charleston); lots of nice rural towns and communities; mountains, lakes, and beaches

Yeah tell me about it. I just looked up the least friendly countries to expats, guess which country was almost as bad as SAUDI ARABIA? Norway 😂😂  followed closely by denmark.

We also did poorly in a ranking over friendliness so... What the hell my country is doing on lists over the best countries to live in I dont know. How can it be the best when the government kidnaps children and people Are almost as unfriendly AS in Saudi Arabia?

Idaho is a little to far away  from family, we would like to stay close to some people we know

Any of the three will do. All those states have strong reputations for leaving folks the hell alone.

I think that's what you're after, yes?
