Bevin will lose the primary. Grimes wins the general.

No way Bevin unseats Mitch; the general is more of a tossup.  I'm inclined to say he holds on, but I could easily see Grimes winning in the end.

Again, yes.  Born and raised in Fayette County, went to Centre College undergrad, did my graduate work in Political Science at the University of Kentucky.  All my family lives in Kentucky, going back 150 years.

I think it's more likely than not.  The race is obviously a tossup, I'm just not terribly optimistic.
