I am very pleased with our first term congressman. He is turning out to be very conservative and not afraid to call it like he sees it. I especially like this part of his pitch:

"Sure, they have Bloomberg and Soros and other deep-pocketed liberal donors. But we have truth on our side. And with the help of hundreds of North Carolina grassroots donors we can make sure this seat stays in conservative hands in 2014."

He may be checking in here as that is most of our feelings.

Wish we could get someone with a backbone in Illinois!

If I'm not mistaken, Illinois could finally rid themselves of liberal sludge this year if the Governor is defeated. I heard that the race is competitive, and a conservative can finally help Illinois.
