Polls show Jolly inching closer to Dem. Alex Sink in the special election to replace Bill Young in Florida's 13th congressional-district, including Tampa/St. Petersburg.

Jeb Bush and Rove's PAC are pushing harder than I'd have predicted they needed to against a campaign that doesn't even identify Sink as a Democrat.  Her obamacare banner; Let's keep what's right and fix what's wrong falls flat for me.  Is there anything right with it?

And her dumb Jolly is a lobbyist ploy is straight from the 70's.  Who cares about lobbyists?

Here's the latest national summation for the March 11th showdown:

I saw a roadside Impeach Obama-stand in Sebring last week, but it caught me off-guard and I was too time-compressed to pull-over and check it out.

Oh-oh... Alex Sink's landscapers and maids comment goes viral...

http://freebeacon.com/florida-democrat-without-immigration-reform-where-will-we-get-our-landscapers-and-maids/

Florida Democratic congressional candidate Alex Sink said immigration reform was important at a Tuesday debate because, without it, it would be difficult for employers to find people to clean hotel rooms and do landscaping.

She couldn't resist becoming the female Reggie White;  "Hispanics were gifted in family structure, and you can see a Hispanic person, and they can put 20, 30 people in one home."

Success!  Despite being trailing Sink by double-digits in December, and being outspent 3-to-1, Jolly wins the special-election relatively easily (was declared the winner 90-minutes after polls closed); 48.5 to 46.7, with a Libertarian sucking-away 4.6 of Jolly's vote.

Dem-strategists thought that keeping her Party-affiliation out of her ads would hoodwink the LIV's.  That's never been proven to work.  None of their strategies worked.

Sink was hand picked by the dems and had just missed winning the governorship. It will be fun watching the dems spin this.

There has to be a moral here or a joke or something, because this time the "Sink went down The Drain".

1) How is a 1.8% margin "easily"?
2) Why do you assume all the Libertarians would have voted for Jolly?

Because, like the McCauliffe win, the Dims fed the coffers of the Libertarian, as they will do in virtually every race that has one running.

One has to do a little deeper dive into this race to see the significance of this win for the GOP.

1) The dems dumped millions into the race
2) Obama carried this district twice
3) Sink carried the district when she ran for governor
4) Jolly is a mediocre candidate at best
5) The senior dems did not turnout in the numbers necessary to carry Sink

Put all this together and it tells us much about what to expect this fall.

I continue to see little glimpses of the liberal petticoat.  Just a steady drip of almost antagonistic jabs at the conservative POV.

Playing the role of a conservative, and a girl, would be a pretty good effort by the latest undercover troll.

I think you are onto something. I posted a response to her question 3 days ago and she is no where to be found.

I'm guessing she is one of the millions of libs that has abandoned the Dim party recently.
These people believed the lies of the Marxist, but recently discovered that there is no such thing as free as evidenced by commiecare, and once they saw the light, began to question everything associated with the Dim party, only to discover the party is exactly what we warned about, Marxist.

Problem is, they still believe the lies about Conservatives, so they looked at the Libertarian party, and because it promises less govt control, and after the beating they just took, I can't blame them.
Luckily the Libertarians cross associate with the TEA, so many will hold their nose and vote Pub, because they sure as Hell aren't going to be voting Dim ever again.

Then you have the effect of the dems being very successful in creating an entire entitlement class that is so uninvolved that they stay at home on election day. It all adds up to a sweep for us in November.

Good point, I hadn't considered the apathy class they've created, those that have been sitting on their ass, sucking off the taxpayer via food stamps and unemployment since he's been in orifice.
They no longer have any drive to get out and get involved, I know, I've seen the damage handouts can do a mans need to succeed.
